17" x 39" printing problem .

First I printed smaller sizes, 4 x 6 then 8 x 10. Perfect. No problem.

Switch to 17"  paper and the printing starts in the middle of the image ( which of  course ruins a large piece of printing paper).

What setting could be the cause?
