Web update

Yesterday Budi and I updated the web site. There is now a tutorial tab with an 11-step program that can make us ready for Robothon in September. I had realized that there was more documentation in my head than in written form. It should now be easier to understand the system. I have four more steps to document. We are currently completing step #3 (Cyclometer) and can simultaneously begin step #4 (Serial communication and short drive). At the completion of step #5 (obstacle detection), we will be at the point that KOMO TV was requesting.
