Rota de entra e saída para tronco zap com placa X100P

Pessoal, bom dia!

               Sou novo no elastix e também no grupo, estou precisando da ajuda de vocês para configurar meu elastix para receber e fazer ligação através do meu tronco analógico. Abaixo segue configurações que eu já fiz e que funcionou durante alguns dias.

1 - Instalei o elastix

2 - configurei os ramais.

3 - coloquei a placa x100p e mandei detectar hardware, até ai tudo bem.

4 - configurei um tronco za dahdi, só com o nome do tronco, e o dahdi identifier setado para g0

5 - adicionei uma rota de entrada com todos as opções padrões apenas colocando que a ligação vai chegar no ramal 2002

6 - e a rota de saída está configurado conforme anexo.

Estou precisando muito de ajuda, com as dial plan, e como fazer as configurações básicas.
