Ajuda Elastix interligando com PABX INTELBRAS via E1

Pessoal alguém será que pode me dar uma dica, estamos interligando um elastix com intelbras via E1 (MFCR2) e o elastix com a EMBRATEL via SIP, acontece que algumas ligações caem logo após o ANSWER, percebi que são algumas ligações que demoram mais para dar o sinal de answer na embratel.

Alguém já passou por isso? tem algum padrão de MFCR2 para interligar?

Antes de tudo cria um ramal sip no elastix e configura em um softphone e testa se a conexão SIP com a Embratel esta ok, e se não acontecer mais nenhum problema ai você parte para a Interligação com a Intelbras.

Rafael o SIP está normal consigo fazer a ligação....

e a interligação em teoria está OK, apenas alguns números discados da Intelbras que passa pela E1 e vai em direção a embratel passando pelo PABX IP, a ligação cai logo que o SIP manda o ANSWERED;

 

Veja esse caso: o ANI=34565205 é o ramal 5205, que eu não sei porque vem para mim tudo....

Se alguém tiver uma LUZ eu agradeço muito.....e 90% dos números funcionam normal, são apenas alguns que dão isso e você pode discar 100x para esses números que acontece o mesmo problema, para os outros você pode discar 100x que dá sempre certo...isso que é o mais estranho....como não entendo de PABX ANALÓGICO eu não sei se há algum parâmetro lá que causa este problema....

Olá Alexandre,

Qual é o modelo da central da Intelbras? Se for da linha impacta. Teria de verificar se tem alguma coisa programada na conversão de saida da central que pode estar ocasionando este problema.

A central é uma IMPACTA 300R....

com placa R2 de 2 E1.

Ok. Você tem acesso ao software de programação dela? Se tiver da uma olhada no campo roteamento, conversão de saida. Como funciona para alguns números e outros não pode ter alguma coisa configurada.

Caso não tenha nenhum conversão criada, a central não analisará o que VC teclar, ou seja ela vai mandar direto para a rota criada no seu caso o e1.

Outra coisa que VC poderia verificar seria dentro da opção roteamento o campo acesso a prefixo, pois é aí que a central é "ensinada" a como reconhecer uma discagem, local, ddd, cel e etc.

Neimar eu não tenho acesso, mas o antigo mantenedor da central tem, infelizmente vamos ter que acioná-lo, mas não acho que ele vá fazer força para nos ajudar, já que infelizmente ele nos vê como concorrentes.

 

Pelo que analisei nos logs, a chamada vem perfeita da intelbras pro pabx, o pabx roteia pelo SIP e devolve a chamada para a intelbras que após alguns segundos derruba a ligação, existe algo na Intelbras que possa estar fazendo isso...pois o problema está depois que o SIP retorna ANSWERED para o DAHDI, ou seja a chamada vai toda correta, só no final que a chamada é derrubada pela intelbras sem motivo aparente. Como não conheço os parâmetros que podem ser colocados nela eu não consigo enxergar o que pode estar derrubando a chamada no final, sempre para aquele mesmo número.

 

De qualquer forma vou pedir para o mantenedor da Intelbras olhar esta conversão de saída.

Se tiver mais algo que eu possa olhar me avise....Vou tentar dar uma olhada no manual, se é que tem isso no site...

Amigo da uma procurada no google sobre o parâmetro span da sua placa na porta que vai para o intelbras, e coloca ela como clock, pra central entender como se ela fosse um modem e1 e faz um teste, não lembro agora qual o parâmetro que tem que colocar mas tenho certeza que você deve achar rapidinho no google.

Isto que o Rafael comentou tem lógica, pois nas duas interfaces de e1 da central estão como escravo, ou seja precisam que gere clock.

Sim elas estão simulando o MODEM da Embratel, as duas do Pabx IP estão gerando o clock.

o primeiro digito é número do SPAN o segundo é 0 gera clock.

Outro teste que fizemos hoje foi, sair por outro SIP que não o da EMBRATEL, de um provedor VOIP que tenho conta, e para minha surpresa funcionou a ligação normalmente.

Significa que o problema está na EMBRATEL?

Mas como explicar que se a chamada vem da Intelbras e vai para o SIP da EMBRATEL dá problema e se faz pelo próprio PABX IP funciona?

Difícil hein?????

Uma explicação seria a troca de tecnologia de E1 para sip. A uns meses atrás instalei uma central impacta 68i da intelbras com voxip da gvt e aconteceu algo similar. O cliente migrou de e1 para o vox, ele tem uma agenda enorme com número de contato de cliente que só digitava um comando e a central discava, após a ativação do vox começou a falhar, ou seja a gvt não estava roteando as ligações. Liga para a embatel e explica que vc fez um teste com seu equipamento em outra estutura (e1) e funcionou.

Outra coisa se alguem tiver um passo a passo para configuração de voxip para o uso do elastix e quiser compartilhar, agradeço. pois tenho algumas dúvida na configuração se uso ou não duas placas de rede etc.

Pessoal só para conhecimento de todos a resolução de todos os problemas era uma incompatibilidade de SIP entre o Asterisk e o HUAWEI da EMBRATEL....

para resolver todos os problemas adicionamos o seguinte parâmetros no FREEPBX - Others SIP Settings...

 

send_diversion=no      (o default do asterisk é YES).

 

Segundo o pessoal da Embratel, eles faziam um roteamento errado para alguns destinos quando recebia este cabeçalho no SIP. (pelo que analisamos o problema aparecia em números portados)

Preciso dos parâmetros do  SIP Trunk da Embratel para o ELASTIX/ASTERISK.

 

Na instalação o técnico não soube informar, apenas foi passado o IP SIP
