Registration of brain images with elastix

Hi everyone, 

I have the following brain images for each patient: T1, T1 post contrast, T2W, and FLAIR. 

I would like to register these 4 images of each patient  to a common coordinate system.  

Could you please suggest which imaging modality should be the fixed image? 

I have installed elastix but I am not sure which parameter file I should use. By looking at the data rigid and maybe some affine registration should be sufficient. 

Any help regarding which parameter file I should use and which image should serve as the fixed image is greatly appreciated it.
