Hello everyone,

Anyone here had experience in registering MRI images using elastix, say, from DCE (anatomy) to T2 (anatomy), or from ADC to T2? Success? 

I tried but all failed. Only elastix registration of mask (in DCE or ADC) to mask (T2) works. Thanks for your help!
