Registration of brain T1W pre and post contrast

Hi,

 I have 3D T1W volumes before and after contrast which I would like to register. There is a sort of flip between the two volumes. I also attached a screenshot. Which parameter file should I use for my registration? 

 

I found the following link which has many parameter files but I am not sure which one is the most appropriate for my case.
