Hi
We tried to do image registration using elastix in windows 10 (64 bit),We compiled elastix as exe and library using cmake 3.7.0,Visual Studio 2015 and ITK 4.10.1.
When we tried to run elastix exe by passing a fixed image, moving image, affine transform parameter file and bspline transform parameter file, the application is getting crashed with the following error message
during iteration number 3491.
Description: itk::ERROR: AdvancedMattesMutualInformationMetric(000001E582E38F20): Too many samples map outside moving image buffer: 756 / 10000
When we tried to the same using elastix as library, the same application crashing is happened. We have set "MaximumNumberOfIterations" as 5000 in bspline parameter file.If I give 2500 as maximum number of resolutions, its running without any crash.
The same parameter files are working in Linux without any crash. Attached the parameter files.
How to resolve this problem and make elastix work in Windows 10?

Thanks & Regards
Vijaya Rani S

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. The option (RequiredRatioOfValidSamples 0.05) in bspline parameter file worked.
Thanks
