Got an error in Elastix in 3D slicer

Hi,

I got the following error when I was running registration (Elastix) in 3D slicer: 

Error: Command 'elastix' returned non-zero exit status 3221225781.

Elastix version: 5.0.1

3D Slicer version: 4.11

I have done the same input and parameter setting and got no error in the 3D Slicer 4.10.

Any help?
