New Elastix Model Zoo

Hi everyone,  

Starting today the new dynamic Elastix Model Zoo (https://elastix.lumc.nl/modelzoo) will replace the static elastix parameter database.

The model zoo, like its predecessor, stores parameter files of previous studies done with elastix, SimpleElastix or ITKElastix. The model zoo however contains search functionality which makes filtering the database on for example content, modalities or other keywords possible. Thereby is the model zoo synced with a GitHub repository. This means that uploading or adjusting a model can and should now be done with your GitHub account. Detailed instructions can be found on the repository. (in short you should fork, add a folder and make a pull request).

All previous (non-empty) models have already been uploaded to the GitHub repository, but if something is missing or for other questions with regards to the model zoo (not answered by the README on GitHub), feel free to reply on this email.
