hi,

We have tried to integrate Liferay with ElasticSearch service from AWS. We have encountered a problem: this pllugin is using TCP ports and AWS ES only allows HTTP access. 
Does anyone found this limitation? is there a way to fix it?

Well, we are running elasticray (and tested this) in dedicated hosting environments and not on AWS.
For AWS, you may want to try tweaking the firewall/port permissions or alternatively run this in a virtual private cloud with ports open internally. Do post your final solution/outcome on the forum for other users.
