Set up queues on startup using pre-existing bash script

Hi,

Is it possible to create queues on startup with a bash script? I currently have a bash script that has been used to set up SQS queues in localstack, but I was having issues with localstack creating the queues on restart. Is it possible to use this same script to create the queues with Elasticmq?
