OpenStack providers for testing?

Hello all :-)

I have lost my privileged access to an OpenStack infrastructure for developing and testing ElastiCluster.  Can you suggest a cheap public OpenStack provider that I can use to develop (and use as a reference, so they should be reasonably up-to-date)?
