further encryption of local (blob and non-blob) mail storage

Hello,

For the use case we are thinking of in our company it was important to add additional encryption to the existing external blob storage encryption.
After a short discussion, my company (itembase.com) let me spend some time to contribute this feature to elasticinbox..

I've forked your repo and commited the changes to my github account.
I have added optional AES encryption to both blob storage in local Cassandra and parsed data (parsed message details) in local Cassandra.
It is configurable in the yaml files, as usual.

I'll submit a pull request in a bit. I hope you find this addition useful and might consider incorporating this into the master branch.
