there is Elastic.refresh() for that.
elastic-row-last should be working but maybe you can create a jsfiddle so i can try it out and detect if there is a problem.

Is there anyway to MANUALLY initialize elastic?I ask this because I have a situation where I have static markup that is regenerated after an ajax calldebugging reveals that elastic tags the markup with a "elastic-row-last"I think this may be hampering the layout a bit...If after some sort of ajax call i can Elastic.reinit() perhaps?
