Comments, suggestions?
Were users who have allready submitted work notified of the
CC-Sharealike copyright change?
If not, can they be (a simple DB poll of e-mail addresses and a
notice, "we are now making all documents on elanthipedia to be under
the Creative.... if you agree to this, do nothing, if you don't want
your work released under this licence, reply within 30 days, and
you're work will be removed). or some such.
*yes* that first thing can be very problematic, since if there are
updates to a page after someone who then disagrees its hard to
seperate. *but* if there is someone who disagree's without any say in
if their work can now be under the CC-Sharealike, they might have a
legal recourse (I'm no lawyer, but have followed similar discussions
elsewhere for wikis)
Secondly, Has any thought been given to an "or later version" clause
to the CC copyright?, such that people can take it for a future- CC4.0
licenced site, or so that we, here, can upgrade the licence (to a
newer CC sharealike one) without having to ask all contributors.

*or* later version.
It can't be available under multiple CC licences like those at once,
just "or" suffices, (meaning the person pulling it off here can choose
to use either a later version, or the one already there). Which
exactly leaves it open to elanthipedia folk to easily upgrade our
license at a later date.
