Ela Platform 2016.7 is out

Ela Platform 2016.7 is a stabilization release including several important fixes to Ela. It also comes with an updated standard library. The most notable change is an addition of a new 'nat' data type - unsigned integer numbers.

I got an exception when tried to launch Elide in Windows 8.1. Can I fix it somehow?

Can you check if the library is not marked as “blocked” by Windows? (For security reasons, e.g. as downloaded from internet). Windows 8.1 should be OK, I have used from very start.

I'm not sure that I know how to check that) I can launch elac.exe. Elide also starts, opens my script and even let me do a little correction for a couple of seconds. After that, I see the exception message.
