I have a 250 gallon sprayer with a boomjet 5880 boomless nozzle setup on it. I'm just not a big fan of the boomless setup and with any wind the spray pattern just isn't reliable at all. It looks like the sprayer has brackets if it was ordered with a boom, but I don't even know what make or model it is. I'm probably just failing at searching, but I haven't really had any luck coming across just generic boom arms. I don't mind losing width to get a more reliable spray.

I have done this. I just weld up some brackets and bolt a boom on. I don't know where you can buy a boom. I have found them cheap at auctions but they can be built from square tubing and various parts from shoup or some other farm supplier. Thx-Ace

Get a kit and clamp the brackets onto some square tubing. There are clamps for various size tubing so watch that. I would recommend 1 1/4" tubing for a boom. Look at a Teejet chart to get the right tips depending on speed, pressure and nozzle spacing to get the right tips.

AgSpray has booms in various widths. I bought a 28' a couple years ago, seems like the complete setup w/ nozzles and all was about $700. It would be easy for you to fab up some brackets to attach the boom. Their website is www.agspray.com. I don't know what shipping to Alaska will cost, though...

Times 3 on this. My buddy has a jd self propelled 4930. It is high flow sprayer so has 2 flow controls and such instead of one. He was spraying fungicide at 12 mph 15 gals an acre with 120 ft boom. His low flow would come up on computer in cab and shut him down. He cleaned every visible screen. He runs treated rural water system only in his sprayer. Took sprayer to JD they thought they had it fixed but problem was right back. He looked and took a panel down a secondary screen was plugged. Only problem was he was spraying insecticide also so you douse yourself cleaning stuff. I run well water in my sprayer that settles out in a holding tank first. Have nothing but trouble with sand plugged nozzles all year. Chemical places here will provide treated water if you buy chemical from them you never have problems with city or treated water.

Another thing is some fungicides and thicker weed pesticides will gum up screens when it dries after sprayer shutdown. You should always have a fresh water flush tank to rinse your system when finished with field to clean booms , pump and nozzles.

I use a tank cleaner like incide out or erase at the end of the season and when I switch from corn to beans. It really helps. I have a summers 90 ft pull type that has 2 rinse nozzles at the top of the tank that really spin and cover 95% of the tank. This sprayer has triple nozzle bodies which I use to clean jets in the spring. I put 200 gallons of clean water in the tank then turn on 1 section at a time. Turn the triple body 1/6th of a turn which will stop flow to that nozzle. Unscrew nozzle and remove screen and use the nozzle next to it as a pressure washer to clean nozzle, cap and screen. Then turn body back 1/6th turn to let clean water flow thru the diaphragm for a few seconds. Then turn body, reassemble nozzle and turn it back on. Repeat for all nozzles. Then clean all screens/filters and I rarely have nozzles plug. Must clean screens in line to booms daily or at least before switching chemicals. I like harness xtra for a pre on conventional corn and I add atrazine with the balance flex for RR corn and have gotten by good. The cleaner the sprayer is before you start makes a huge difference. Also add rv antifreeze in the fall before storage, it seems to help keep all the crud from drying out too much. Good luck!

Witnesses say that the lift, a recent model JLG 1200SJP owned by Interstate Aerials, tilted over, recovered sending the boom the other way it tilted again and the second time went over, with the boom striking a building opposite before landing on a parked utility truck. The operator was wearing a harness and was left suspended from his lanyard.

This is a very rare type of accident, a boom such as this will sometime recover from such an incident and as long as the operator has a harness on he stands a good change of surviving.

The opportunity to reach hundreds millions of users at the right time and place with a helpful proposition is indisputably not one to miss. Chat bots and messaging platforms are now opening the door to this opportunity. There is mainstream potential to chat bots, but if too many negative/humorous user experiences prevail in the early hype days, and consumers assign such reputation to chat bots, this could significantly slow the adoption and potentially leave chat bots in their current niche stage for years to come.

Boom!!Chat is a dutch solution for live chat and AI chatbots. Customers can also use its out-of-the-box Chatbot builder feature where it does not require any technical assistant or technical development for different static chatbots. It also offers chatbot builder where any company can create an unlimited number of chatbot flows and can serve different flows on distinct webpages. It helps a lot to generate lead on an advanced level. A lead management feature is the one that helps to store and manage leads from the Boom!!Chat dashboard.

The filter does not work in retrospect, so if something offensive has been said when the filter was off these words will not be starred out when the filter is turned on. In this case Officers and Leaders can Hide (and Unhide) the offensive messages in the chat.\n

DETAILS: When COVID first struck, international freight forwarders pared staff and froze hiring. Now, with ocean shipping booming, these same freight forwarders are in major need of talent, from agents to executives.

I enjoy talking with people online and have headsets for Skype, chatting in multi-player online games, etc. But I also have nice headphones I'd much rather use due to better sound quality, comfort, and in some cases, fold-up portability.

After a lot of ideas and about a dozen prototypes, I settled on a boom made of solid copper wire with built-in loops to hold the microphone cable (no tape is required). The boom is flexible enough to bend into any position you want, but is rigid enough to stay put. The boom can be flipped out of the way easily and the whole thing detaches when you want to use the headphones normally.

At the end, the boom should look more or less like a straight line. Use pliers to adjust the wire guide loops to be parallel, and straighten out the boom if necessary. Again, copper is very forgiving and with a little patience you can make it look good.

NOTE: The little plastic tab on the Neewer lapel mic could snap off easily if you put too much pressure on the wire. If you have trouble getting the fit right, then secure the mic to the boom wire with a drop of epoxy.

If you want something functional and much easier to make, just use a piece of straight 12 gauge copper wire. Strip enough insulation off each end to bend the pivot loop and the microphone mount. Then use electricians or duct tape to attach the mic wire to the boom. Not as pretty, but works fine.
