- Coaches with five or more students registered can attend the Texas CSTA Chapters Conference 2025 at no charge.
- Call for Programs EXTENDED TO December 20, 2025
- These sessions can be:

- building skills in a programming language,
- what it's like being an underclassman in a college/university,
- being a woman in a computer science program or workplace,

Hotels are available for out-of-town participants. Here are the available options. Supply your district's hotel tax exempt form too.

- Reimbursement Form - Must Live over 50 miles for travel reimbursement
- Maximum single reimbursement = $400.00
- Must complete the Google Form to gain approval for travel reimbursement
