Greetings Texas Educators,

Discover how your students can apply for this authentic learning experience for Texas high school juniors to engage with NASA’s mission to become the next generation of Artemis explorers. Attend the virtual information session for Texas High School Aerospace Scholars for Texas educators and legislators on Sept. 8, 2022 at 5 p.m. CDT.

Online applications must be complete and submitted by October 20, 2022, 2 p.m. CDT.

How can you help?

  • Encourage students at your school to visit our website at:  www.nasa.gov/has
  • Get the word out to students on the morning announcements, in parent newsletters, in the school newspaper, and on your school’s social media channels using the hashtag #NASAHAS.
  • Ask Career and Technical Education, robotics, and STEM teachers to recommend it to their students.
  • Share these videos with your grade 11 teachers and students on how HAS impacted students during Moonshot Week 1 and Moonshot Week 2.

Please find a bookmark with more information attached. If you have any questions, please contact us at jsc...@mail.nasa.gov.

Respectfully,
