Engineering Design Challenge Facilitator Opportunity

NASA’s Texas High School Aerospace Scholars (HAS) is offering engineering design challenges this spring! These challenges allow scholars to form connections, strengthen teamwork, and establish STEM ecosystems. The HAS program is seeking formal and informal educators to be HAS Design Challenge Facilitators (DCF) to host virtual and face-to-face challenge events on select Saturdays this spring. HAS is eager to enlist a team of educators to host a face-to-face solar eclipse-themed challenge for the HAS students and community members in local areas on April 6.

Apply today! Applications are being accepted until March 15.

The Texas Girls Collaborative Project (TxGCP) is a statewide network of advocates and educators from non-profits, K-12 schools, universities and colleges, and companies from across Texas and beyond who are committed to motivating and supporting women and girls to pursue and thrive in careers in STEM. TxGCP leads the annual Texas Women & Girls in STEM Summit, disseminates curriculum and effective practices and supports a network of collaborators, resource sharing and STEM communications throughout the state.TxGCP is a state collaborative of the National Girls Collaborative Project and is powered by STEMwise Connections.
