Dear Educators,

Join us! Our application deadline for the Winter 2026 Teacher Professional
Development workshop is quickly approaching! Apply by Tuesday, December 9, 2025
to be fully considered for the winter workshop. 

The workshop will be January 16-18, 2026, and it is a FREE workshop! Lodging and meals will be included. Educators are only responsible for their transportation. 

This winter workshop is most beneficial for 3rd - 9th grade educators, but educators of any grade level is welcome to apply. 

During this educator workshop, you will have the opportunity to build your own
Galileoscope and spectroscope, tour the research telescopes at McDonald
Observatory and view the night sky through telescopes located both at the
Visitors Center. Educators will receive up to 14 CPE hours.
