Good afternoon, You're receiving this email because you have joined our wait-list and we have some exciting news, an apartment will be available for lease in June. The building houses only 12 apartments in total and in a typical year we rarely see more than one or two that become available. The apartment that is coming available is located on the third floor and is a one bedroom with a separate office space (or small second bedroom).  I've attached a floor-plan for your reference. We lease our apartments on 12 month terms and the monthly rental rate for this apartment is $1,440/mn (utilities/parking separate).
