archery and fighter practice next sunday

Next Sunday Oct 9, we will be having archery starting at 10am as San Andres HS in Mesilla. I will have my trailer there for restroom facilities. We will also have a picnic; I will furnish the hotdogs, buns, condiments, and potato chips. Bring your own drinks and a dish if you want. Following that, we will have a fighter practice and enjoy the afternoon until whenever. Loaner gear for both events will be available. If you want to bring friends, great!! If you would like to have some A&S as well, there should be plenty of judges. Or just come for the fun. Susan.

I would add, that fighters and archers should bring water to drink no matter what.  We don't want anyone falling to dehydration.  Other drinks, sodas, and such are optional, WATER IS NOT.

Thanks to everyone that can make it.  Remember, carpools are available, so just ask around and we will all find rides up there.

El Dorado to attend Umbrian Christmas Event.

The event in December will be on the 10 in Phoenix, we're planning a car
pool for interested parties, Umbrian events are worth daking days off for.

I would prefer to leave as soon as possible on the 9th but we can facilitate
people somewhat, let me know if you wanna go and what is the earliest you
can leave, I'm playing hookey from class that day.

It takes about 7 hours to get to Phoenix traveling with the van and cargo
trailer, I've got room for 4 passengers, if we go over that there is the
possability of additional vehicles we'll put as much stuff in the trailer as
possible to include people traveling in other vehicles.

Gas Fee is $20 and bring money for meels or a cooler to get you through
Sunday at noon when I plan on returning.

We will be staying Sunday for Dim Sum in Phoenix and that can get pricey
(about $20-30) but it an awesome meal and potentially the high light of your
year, trust me it's worth it.

$50-60 bucks will get you through the weekend, more is better but I know
some of us are on a tight budget.

I'm arranging crash space, let me know as soon as you can so I can hold a
seat for you and get you some couch/floor space. Plan on bringing your own
blankies, we can always find space for them.

Archery will be on sight with Arts and Sciences and all the fighting you can
handle, I heard that His Grace Raphael was begging the boon of a double
elimination torney, WAY TO GO YOUR GRACE!!!!! YOU ROCK!!!
