Advice about Pagdens Artificial Swarm

Hi

I started a padgens artificial swarm on Sunday however I think I failed to check properly, the brood frame on which I placed the queen bee. There was a swarm today at/from my apiary. I retrieved that swarm and then checked the hive in which I placed the queen bee on Sunday. I found a sealed queen cell curved around the bottom corner of the brood frame. I failed to see that on Sunday even though it was probably open then. It was probably sealed today and triggered the swarm. So now I have a nuc with a rather large swarm in it - and 2 hives, each queenless but each with a sealed queen cell. 

What would be the best course of action?
