In fact, except for Jang Young-sil, people return to work after a while. There is no specific reason to exclude Jang Young-sil, but given that he was missing, it is reasonable to assume that there was a reason why it was difficult to return to work. There is little basis for not allowing a person who has already been dismissed for 20 years and has served in the government to return to work due to status issues, even though some argue that his status was a problem.
