Dear All, We, ARAMIS Development Ltd., has been awarded to support Wagners Global Services for the civil infrastructure & construction works of Barracks Gold Mayskoye Gold Mining, 180 km from Pevek, Chukotka Region, in Northern Siberia, Russian Far East. We will construct the civil and concrete works for the Processing Plant at the Mayskoye Gold Mine which is a greenfields site. This contract will include the production of all quarry products and ready mixed concrete as well as logistics and the construction of all civil works including temporary structures for the gold processing plant. The project entails quarry operation, concrete production, soil survey, earthwork, civil/structures construction, accommodation camp installation, maintenance workshop, logistics support, etc. , provision of all necessary machinery and equipment, and supply of on site and off site project management and execution team. We needs urgently some highly-qualified and experienced mechanics, supervisors and managers for the following positions with working roster 6 (six) weeks-on and 2 (two) weeks-off; NO. TECHNICAL MANAGER LTM 2 Min. 5 yrs experience in manage the in-house laboratory (geotechnical, soil, mineral, gold, etc) and coordinating the test work carried out in the labs, assign work tasks and monitor technician's workflow, troubleshoot equipment, review and validate data, and complete reports; An Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Chemistry) with experience in the mining industry including gold sampling and laboratory and analysis procedures; BS Degree in Chemical / Mining Engineering; Excellent English - verbal, writing and speaking. 8 BATCH PLANT MANAGER BPM 2 Min. 7 years in a Batch or continuous process (concrete mixing) experience; Responsible for operating and maintaining all aspects of the crushing plant, including jaw crushers, cone crushers, conveyors, etc; Background in HSE procedures; MS or BS Degree in Chemical Engineering; Excellent English - verbal, writing and speaking. 9 QUARRY PRODUCTION MANAGER QPM 2 Responsible for ensuring that quarries, pits and opencast sites operate successfully and they oversee all operations, both on site and in the office. Daily manage staff, coordinate production and monitor all site systems. REQ'RMTS: Proven track record in quarry or mining operations with at least 7 (seven) years experience with production and process control; BS Degree in Mining / Civil Engineering or equivalent; Excellent English - verbal, writing and speaking. 10 WORKSHOP MANAGER WSM 2 Min. 10 yrs experience in managing heavy equipment workshop, within the open gold mining environment; Workshop maintenance; Accute practical sense; Strong technical heavy earthmoving equipment experience; Excellent English - verbal, writing and speaking. 11 EARTHWORKS SUPERVISOR EWS 2 Min. 7 yrs experience in earthwork supervisor for civil construction works (internal roads that will link the site, workshop and gold mining procesing areas. Supervision of earthworks and roadworks projects; Experience with safety management programs; BS Degree in Civil Engineering; Excellent English - verbal, writing and speaking. 12 CONCRETE STRUC. FORMWORK SUPERVISOR CFS 2 Min. 7 yrs experience to supervising of formworks of concrete structures in mining areas (Gold mining preference); BS Degree in Civil Engineering; Excellent English - verbal, writing and speaking. 13 CONCRETE STRUCTURES-REBAR SUPERVISOR RBS 2 Min. 7 yrs experience to supervising of rebar of concrete structures in mining areas (Gold mining preference); BS Degree in Civil Engineering; Excellent English - verbal, writing and speaking. 16 EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE MECHANICS MEC 4 Min. 6 yrs experience in maintenance works for heavy construction equipments, perform preventive maintenance and make repairs to diesel engines, and gasoline and diesel-driven equipments. Typical examples include 20-70T Excavator, Grader 14H, Dozer D10, Moxy Artic Dump Trucks, Front End Loader, and Roller/Watercart, container lifting equipment, air compressor, and other engine-driven or towed construction equipment; Fluent in English - verbal and speaking. 17 PLANT OPERATOR TRAINER (HSE) POT 4 Min. 10 yrs experience in provide training for Operator of Mine Equipment & Civil Construction (especially artic equipments); Knowledge of Concrete; ; Some experience with or knowledge of plant and machinery; HC Licence, Workplace Trainer & Assessor Cert IV, WorkCover Accredited Assessor; Excellent English - verbal, writing and speaking.
