As we count down to ECI 4th Quarterly General Meeting and the inauguration of Eko Club Louisiana, please see below for program of event. Eko Club Louisiana members, under the leadership of President Francis Adelaja, are ready to host ECI members.

PROGRAM OF EVENT FOR ECI 4TH QUARTERLY GENERAL MEETING & INAUGURATION OF EKO CLUB LOUISIANA 

▪THURSDAY NOVEMBER 29, 2018

7pm - 9pm : Dinner at Dr. Francis Adelaja's house (President Eko Club Louisiana)

Address: 19085 Old Perkins Rd, Baton Rouge. 

Transportation will be ready to pick up members at the Belle of Baton Rouge Hotel.

After Dinner, there will be a tour of New Orleans. 

▪FRIDAY NOVEMBER 30, 2018

4pm:  Arrival of ECI Members & friends/ Registration.

6pm - 7pm: Dinner 

8pm : Welcome reception/ Party/ Networking. 

▪SATURDAY DECEMBER 1, 2018

7:30am - 9:00am : Breakfast 

9:00am - 11:00am: Health Wellness/ Donation. 

11:00am - 2:00pm : ECI General Quarterly Meeting. 

2:00pm - 3:00pm : Lunch / Presentation 

3:00pm - 6:00pm : Free Time 

7:00pm : Banquet / Inauguration / Award Night.

7:30am - 9:00am : Breakfast 

9:00am - 10:30am : Prayer / Worship 

11:00am : Departure of Guest
