Hope you all are doing fine in your jobs and personal life. 

I am pursuing my PhD from IIM Indore and thesis is going on well. I have cleared the first stage i.e. thesis proposal seminar.

The topic of my thesis is "Effect of Network Ties & Personality on Opportunity Recognition in People with Disabilities and Moderating effect of Self-Efficacy"
