Reading/recording on L.I. 9/10: Swordspoint Audiobook

Dear New York area friends,

First of all, I hope your Hurricane was painless!

I'm back from a swell summer teaching creative writing at Hollins
University in Roanoke, Virginia, and am getting ready for a lively
fall which will include participation in the month-long tribute to
Ursula K. Le Guin's "Earthsea" books at the Center of Literature here
(details to come) and: recording my own audiobook of my first novel,
SWORDSPOINT!

I invite Long Islanders to join me on
Saturday, September 10th
at
Hofstra U.
for a live reading/recording session
from either 1:00 - 3:00 pm or 4:00 - 6:00.

I'll be on one side of the glass with all the microphones, and you
will be encouraging me with your smiles and rapt expressions on the
other. The audience room seats only around 15 people, so there will
be 2 seatings. The event is free and open to all.
