Ekam's build model

Hi all,

Sorry for the lack of updates the last couple weeks.  Had some non-coding stuff to do on the weekends (*gasp*).

I just pushed some new code.  No particularly useful new features from an end-user perspective, but the infrastructure is now better-prepared to handle features I'm going to implement next.

I hope to really flesh out the C++ support next weekend.
