Eclipse plugin!

Hi all,

I've written an Eclipse plugin for Ekam.  Read more about it here:

The QuickStart guide has been updated with instructions for building the plugin:

Although Ekam is not by any means done, it's done enough at this point that I think it can be useful.  I'm planning to move on to other projects, and come back to add features to Ekam when I find I need them.

After being convinced that Ekam is usable I'll put together a release.
