EJUG is meeting from 12 noon to 1pm on Monday, January 31 in the
Canadian (not Western) boardroom in the basement of the Canadian
Western Bank building, located at 10303 Jasper Ave.

Topic: Managing your tasks and threads - an alternative approach using
Real Time Systems

This presentation discusses an introduction to task scheduling and
task dispatching in real time systems and shows an example
implementation of a Virtual Application using Java 3D basic Objects.
The presentation includes some brief presentation of java 3D API.

Presenter: Juan Garcia
He completed his Master of Science in Software Engineering from the
University of Michigan-Dearborn. He has been working in software
development for the past 10 years, and he's been with CGI for the past
year. He's passionate about Machine Learning.

Note the location has been changed back to the Western room (still in
the basement of Canadian Western Bank building).

For those who were interested in the source code here is the link and
some instructions of how to get the software.

Click on the link above and go to the bottom of the page … I created
the link "Software". It will take you to a new page. In that page
click on Download and you’ll get the source and binary code (they are
in the jar file). There are also some basic instructions on how to
install the app in case you want to.

Also the class diagram is located in the link below in case of needed.
