Among Us is initially available on iOS and Android, and stretches out to PC and Nintendo Switch gradually. On December 14, 2021, Among Us is already available on most major consoles such as PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
Though Among Us was released in 2018 on PC and mobile, it recently made its way onto Nintendo Switch at a premium price. When it comes to the mobile phone and tablet, you can find that Among Us is for free on Android and iOS with in-app purchases and ads. To get rid of the ads, you need to pay for that.
To be specific, you can play with gamers on platforms including Android, iOS, PC, PS4/5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. It can be concluded that Among Us is one of the best cross platform games.
The arrival of Among Us on Xbox and PS4 is good news for crossplay and cross platform multiplayer fans who have obtained the game on PC or mobile. Besides, it also makes Among Us Xbox and Among Us PS4 become a reality.
Step 5: Then your character will enter an empty game lobby. You can see a six-letter code at the bottom of the screen. Just share the code with your friends that you want to play with.

Background: Many young children are not meeting the Canadian physical activity guidelines. In an effort to change this, the term active play has been used to promote increased physical activity levels. Among young children, physical activity is typically achieved in the form of active play behavior. The current study aimed to review and synthesize the literature to identify key concepts used to define and describe active play among young children. A secondary objective was to explore the various methods adopted for measuring active play.
Methods: A systematic review was conducted by searching seven online databases for English-language, original research or reports, and were eligible for inclusion if they defined or measured active play among young children (ie, 2 to 6 years).
Results: Nine studies provided a definition or description of active play, six measured active play, and 13 included both outcomes. While variability in active play definitions did exist, common themes included: increased energy exerted, rough and tumble, gross motor movement, unstructured, freely chosen, and fun. Alternatively, many researchers described active play as physical activity (n = 13) and the majority of studies used a questionnaire (n = 16) to assess active play among young children.
Conclusion: Much variability in the types of active play, methods of assessing active play, and locations where active play can transpire were noted in this review. As such, an accepted and consistent definition is necessary, which we provide herein.
Built around the same premise as the original, "Among Us VR" blends familiar mechanics with new concepts, including some fresh minigames. Given the different formats, some may wonder whether or not the VR version boasts crossplay compatibility with its top-down predecessor or across virtual reality systems. Unfortunately for "Among Us VR" users, the answer to whether or not they can play with their friends is somewhat complicated.
While "Among Us VR" offers virtually the same gameplay loop as the original, it is a significantly different experience due to the added benefit of being from a first-person perspective. Instead of the traditional top-down view given in the base game, "Among Us VR" allows players a better view of what's going on right in front of them. Because of this, "Among Us VR" is crossplay compatible on some devices, but not others.
As of right now, "Among Us VR" can be played across the Meta Quest, Rift, and Steam platforms (per Schell Games). However, if you are playing the VR component of the game, you will not be able to play with anyone who is still using the original "Among Us" on any system (PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series XS, Nintendo Switch, PC, or mobile devices). "Among Us VR" will also come to PSVR2 once the system drops in 2023, though it's unclear if it will allow for crossplay with the other headsets.
We've all loved exploring the different regions of the wasteland in the Fallout series alone, but it wasn't until Fallout 76 that we had the chance to do so with friends. While it wasn't quite what people were hoping for at launch, years of support have made this an excellent world to explore and go on quests with friends in. While most games released in recent years support cross-platform play between consoles, Fallout 76 came out before that was the standard. If you've got a group of friends playing on different systems, will you still be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of the wasteland together? Here's what you need to know.
Is Fallout 76 cross-platform?
Fallout 76 does not support full cross-platform support. The only two platforms that can play on the same servers are Xbox and PC, but only in the case where PC players are accessing the game through Game Pass. If you are on a PlayStation console or bought the game on Steam, you will only be able to play with others on those respective platforms.
Considering how many years it's been since Fallout 76 launched, it is unlikely that cross-platform support will be added at this point. Should we be proven wrong, we will update this guide to reflect that.
Despite coming out in 2015, Rainbow Six Siege has somehow only gotten better and more popular with age. It takes the best elements from a tactical shooter like Counter-Strike 2 and specialized characters team compositions from hero shooters, but sets them in a destructive environment to make each round tactically unique. It is a hardcore game, but even more casual players can have a ton of fun breaching walls and peeking through a hole in the wall to land a headshot.
Aside from the new maps, modes, and characters added, Rainbow Six Siege has also moved from last-generation consoles to current ones. It has also remained popular on PC. Do all these platforms play nice together in this old game, or does Rainbow Six Siege have cross-platform support?
Is Rainbow Six Siege cross-platform?
Rainbow Six Siege is only partially cross-platform. Console players on either PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X/S can all play in matches together, but not with the PC crowd. PC players can only play against other PC players, or those playing via Amazon Luna. This is partially to keep matches fair since keyboard and mouse players would have a large advantage over console players who are only able to use controllers.
Stardew Valley is a game made by just one person, but it has seen more success than most games made by dozens, or even hundreds, of people. It's even one of Digital Trends' top 50 video games of all time. Since its release in 2016, the game has been updated regularly with new features and content to keep its avid fans coming back. This includes an online multiplayer component that allows you and up to three friends to hang out on each other's farms. And with the recent trend of games allowing players on different platforms to join together, you may wonder if Stardew Valley offers cross-platform functionality. Here's everything we know about cross-platform support in Stardew Valley.
Is Stardew Valley cross-platform?
Stardew Valley does not offer cross-platform support, meaning you can't play online multiplayer between any of the systems the game is on. So if you want to team up with some friends, make sure you all are playing on the same platform, such as the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, or PC. Also be aware that whoever starts a multiplayer game is saving that shared world locally, meaning no one else can reenter that world without the host present.
The sad fact of the matter is there doesn't seem to be any indication that crossplay will come to Stardew Valley. The game's official Reddit still lists it as not being supported, and there was only one mention of it by the developer on Twitter back in 2018, when he responded to a question asking if crossplay would come to the game. He replied, "Unfortunately, there will not be crossplay. Apparently, the technical barriers are very high. It's still something I really want to add and I promise to look into it more closely, but first priority is getting the update out there." This was many years ago, and there has been no further information about cross-platform play since, so it seems very unlikely that we will see support for this functionality come to Stardew Valley.
