Job Description:
 
 
 Job Responsibilities
 
·         Analytically drive the solutions for problems
·         Understand the root cause of problem by retrieving and analyzing data
·         Understand customer and seller behavior from data and identify trends of misrepresenting shipment weight etc.
·         Work with business on strategy to handle the above mentioned problem
·         Work on strategy of recouping the short paid shipping from sellers
·         Interact with various stakeholders such as billing team
·         Manage and drive overall process for addressing the short paid issue
·         Must demonstrate critical thinking and solution driven approach
·         Excellent communication and soft skills
·         Hands on skills to retrieve and analyze data
·         Do ad-hoc analysis and reporting when needed
·         Should be a quick learner, self motivated, reliable and independent worker.
 
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
 
·         Should have experience on working in Onsite-offshore model.
·         Strong business problem solving skills
·         Should be able to execute data driven analysis to provide answers to adhoc business questions
·         Possess strong SQL skills so as to write queries to extract data from a Teradata environment.
·         Proven experience of using large data for providing Analytics solutions.
·         Possess knowledge of Hypothesis testing and A/B Testing.
·         Knowledge of Regression Modelling (including Linear and Logistic) and Segmentation (Cluster Analysis).
·         Should possess above par communication and presentation skills and be able to write insights from analysis findings which in turn can be effectively communicated to the customer.
·         Must have the proven ability of delivering top quality projects/business analysis in high pressure situations on time, every time.
 
·         Experience in Retail/ CPG domain and experience with On-line Retailers will be preferred.
·         Reports/Dashboard creation experience using Tableau is preferred
