Hi All,

I have a requirement to create a software simulator of a control logix plc that responds to Explicit and Implicit EIP/ CIP request. Will it be possible to create a simulator like this using OpeNer stack.?

You can use EnIPExplorer as a PLC simulator

Not without quite a lot of modifications. OpENer is designed to be an explicit and implicit message server. A PLC usually implements the client part.
