Base Energy Object and Electrical Energy Object

Hi everyone,

I just released the Base Energy Object (https://github.com/EIPStackGroup/OpENerBaseEnergyObject) and Electrical Energy Object (https://github.com/EIPStackGroup/OpENerElectricalEnergyObject) on GitHub as separate projects.

They work in conjunction with OpENer. The easiest way to test the Objects is described in the README.md files of the respective repositories. I also included modified STC files for use with the CT Tool, if someone likes to test them.

The implementations are quite basic, but a good starting point for further development and usage in project. As always, if there are any problems write an Issue or ask here on the Google Groups.
