We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Manager with extensive experience in leading technical project delivery teams and managing Power BI development within a data-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI, PySpark, and data engineering, along with the ability to guide a team of BI engineers through complex projects. This role requires a mix of leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and strategic insight to optimize BI solutions and enhance business intelligence capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
•             Lead and manage technical project delivery teams, including BI and data engineers, by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and providing hands-on technical guidance.
•             Oversee Power BI development and architecture, ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and enterprise-level implementation.
•             Provide strategic direction on data modeling, visualization, and report development to drive business insights.
•             Work with PySpark and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and enhance Power BI integration.
•             Optimize Power BI performance using tools such as DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit, Tabular Editor, and capacity metrics analysis.
•             Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control and streamlined deployment.
•             Drive the adoption of cutting-edge Power BI features, including TMDL (Tabular Model Definition Language) and external tool integrations.
•             Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
•             Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI-related challenges, ensuring high availability and reliability.
