Designation             -           Technical Resource Executive

 

Location                   -           Noida

 

Job Responsibilities         -

a)Individual should have excellent verbal & written English, and interpersonal communication skills.

b)Ability to grasp of commonly used recruiting industry jargon- C2C, 1099, W2, CTH, FTE, etc

c) Ability to understand of common foreign national work authorizations for United States- H1B, L1, EAD, TN, GC etc

d) Ability to demonstrate work experience related to Full Placement Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, , candidate submission & follow-up, negotiation etc)

e) Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.

f) Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets

g) Candidate must be able to demonstrate a respectable placement record at previous employers and give references for validation.

h) High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a small group of experienced team.

i) Excellent Sourcing skills - Head Hunting, Mapping, Networking, Referrals, Social Websites, Portals, etc...

 

Skills Required  

·        Excellent verbal and written Communication skills

·        Willing to work in Night Shifts. (6pm to 3am)

·        Excellent follow-up skills.
