MY THOUGHTS.
1) I don't think we should change some of the traditional methods and we
should be opened minded to new ideas that will help improve our
techniques
and make us more well rounded as Martial Artists and people. Keep
with the
discipline, honor, and respect that have been taught.
2) A leader should lead by example. Be respectful to everyone and to
the
principles he is teaching.
3) I have met or seen very few people I would consider a Master. The
ones
who hold that rank are the ones who don't consider themselves on that
level
and are very humble and friendly. They give respect and in turn
receive it.
They are always growing in all aspects of the Martial arts and their
lives.
They give up themselves to everyone not expecting anything in return.
