json pull requests

• updated a pull request regarding conversion from (DS_)HASH_TABLE keys to JSON (https://github.com/eiffelhub/json/pull/1)
  
• created a new pull request to fix the compilation of the tests (https://github.com/eiffelhub/json/pull/2)
