Removing obsolete v0 code and nino library ...

Hi all,

We are about to remove the obsolete code "v0" and "nino".

It has been many years since we switched to safer concurrent design and among others the standalone connector.

In order to reduce maintenance effort, and also to prevent new users to start project based on obsolete code, we are planning to remove the "obsolete/v0" and "nino" folders from the EiffelWeb framework.

However, if you are still using them, please let us know very soon.
