Scaling api in WEL

Hi

I get this error when I moved a project from Ubuntu to WIndows 10.

\library\wel\spec\windows\include\wel_scaling_api.h(26) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'shellscalingapi.h': No such file or directory

Do I have an to old C-compiler installed or what could be the reason?

Hi Anders which version of EiffelStudio and C are you using?

HI Javier

19.05 and as you wrote at Skype this is a known problem in that release. I will try version 19.07 in which it should be corrected.

Since I already had removed my old C compiler and tried to install the Visual Studio 2019 I continued at that track before switching to 19.07. However, when compiling with Visual Studio 2019 it worked. I did not got the error any longer.
