Simple Eiffel - API Libs

Hi All,

These libs are all now private. Why? Because Claude is being a CLOD. Apparently, one of its weaknesses is that it is a very poor designer and understander-of-designs. I have to work on teaching it some things and its having trouble grasping concepts. So, it keeps trying to thwart my design efforts, run-home-to-mama, and utterly ignores and defies me. So, I will build these by hand and when they finally WORK, I will put them back in the ecosystem and fold them into the existing libraries (or not).
