Conversion tool from Eiffel 2 syntax ?

Hi all,

I am considering the [very vague!] possibility of reviving the Intel code generation classes from VisualEiffel, for which I have a CVS repo from [I think] SourceForge.

There was a tool to do conversion from the !! creation syntax to EIffel 3 Create equivalent, and other transformations.

Does the tool still exist ?
