Dupe UUID in ISE Eiffel libs?

● Found the root cause. Both ISE files share the exact same UUID:
- curl_http_client.ecf: UUID = 7897B317-7AD3-44E4-A933-0544A169AB1B
- net_http_client.ecf: UUID = 7897B317-7AD3-44E4-A933-0544A169AB1B
- curl_http_client.ecf: UUID = 7897B317-7AD3-44E4-A933-0544A169AB1B
- net_http_client.ecf: UUID = 7897B317-7AD3-44E4-A933-0544A169AB1B
