Gobo Eiffel 26.03 released

Hello,

The Gobo Eiffel Project provides the Eiffel community with free and
portable Eiffel tools and libraries.

Gobo Eiffel works fine with EiffelStudio 25.12 and
Gobo Eiffel 26.03 itself.
