base library in iron not detected.

I do not get iron to work. I get this message and when trying to add the iron package in the library tool it does not show any package at all.

Missing iron package "base".
To fix, install from command line: iron install base

iron.exe install base

Searching [base]
Installing [base (https://iron.eiffel.com/25.02) "EiffelBase"]  -> already installed !
