New format of community meetings

At the 2025 Eiffel summit we talked about the format of the monthly community meetings, and we agreed to change from the original two-hour format with per-meeting  custom agendas to a lightweight 30-minute format that's similar to a stand-up meeting.

Hopefully everyone working on something in the Eiffel field will have something interesting to share. Possible topics include

• simple demos,
• status of what you're working on,
• sorting out questions from pull requests, and
• getting quick feedback for an idea,

but off the cuff remarks are fine too. If longer discussions are needed, we can always book a follow-up meeting for those who are interested.
