JOB DESCRIPTION:
For Design and Consultancy Project
Understand the customer requirements, discuss with vendors/developing team
Developing the control system concept, block diagram, logic, software, HMI
Interact with the hardware vendors to ensure Scope of Supply for the project is met
Commissioning of the PLC system on site
Interlocking scheme between robot and PLC
Developing the Safety system
For Simulation & Off-Line Programming
Simulation/emulation of PLC
On-Site Automation Projects
Interfacing with robots and programming/debugging robot and PLC programs
Trouble-shooting systems
Understand the existing PLC system and modify it for new robots, programs, component variants
New Developments
Development of robotic cutting system
Aerospace applications
Integration of robot path OLP and PLC OLP and trouble-shooting off-line
Training
Provide integrated robot-PLC training to students/companies
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent travel & deputation to customer sites is expected
On-site installation/commissioning work is planned for any location - within India and overseas
Candidates should be ready for long-term on-site projects
Candidates should be prepared to work in shifts
